CSY series hydraulic wet dust collector

CSY系列液动湿式除尘器主要是安装在掘进机机面上与掘进机配套使用。该系列除尘器是通过掘进机液压系统富裕的高压油驱动除尘器液压马达带动风机叶轮高速旋转，由此产生的抽吸负压将含尘气流吸入除尘器，经除尘器内的喷雾、过滤、捕尘和脱水后得到洁净风流由排风口排出，从而达到净化含尘风流的目的。

    CSY series hydraulic wet dust collector is installed and supporting the use of tunneling machine in tunneling machine surface. The dust collector is drives the fan impeller rotating speed through the high-pressure oil the roadheader slewing hydraulic system of hydraulic motor driven rich dust suction, resulting the dusty gas inhalation of dust collector, the dust remover spray, filter, dust and dehydration after getting clean air flow discharged from the air outlet, so as to achieve the purpose of purifying dusty airflow.

Technical characteristics

（1）集湿式洗涤、过滤、旋流、水膜除尘原理于一体，总粉尘除尘效率≥98%，呼吸性粉尘除尘效率高达85%以上；

（2）采用离心分离原理，脱水效率高，达95%以上；脱水器结构为一圆形通道，不会堵塞；

（4）风量可调性，通过调节供油量，可实现除尘器吸风量的无级变化，获得不同的处理风量，更好地与工作面的风量匹配；
