2 主要结构和工作原理

2.1 钻机整体结构及液压系统管路连接。钻机主要由泵站、动力头、机架、立柱框架、操纵台和钻具等6大部分组成。

立柱框架主要由立柱、横梁、机架座、吊梁、旋转管卡等零部件组成。其功能是将钻机固定安装好，使钻机在施工中不发生移动。立柱主要由千斤顶、下固定盘、内支撑管、外支撑管等组成，锚固在巷道或钻场顶底板之间，起支撑和稳固钻机的作用。横梁用于安装机架和调整钻机倾角，机架座用于调整钻机方位角，旋转管卡等用于将立柱与机架连接成整体，起稳固钻机的作用，增加钻机工作时的稳定性。

操纵台主要由操纵台架、多路换向阀、节流阀、压力表、快换接头等零部件组成。其功用是通过操纵多路换向阀实现钻机的各种动作，对钻机实行集中控制。多路换向阀分别控制油马达的正、反转，给进油缸的正常进退和快速进退。操纵台右边压力表指示动力头回转压力，左边压力表指示给进压力。节流阀可调节钻机动力头给进速度。操作合流阀可将大泵的大流量压力油与小泵压力油合并至给进油缸，可实现动力头快速进退（油缸快速移动时，油马达不工作）。
